Overview

Pre-applications are currently being accepted for affordable 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments at Marlboro Parc in Marlboro Township, NJ. Pricing is based on a sliding income scale. In order to be eligible, residents must certain income requirements. Veterans who qualify based on income and provide proper identification will receive waitlist priority.

In order to be eligible, for these affordable housing units, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Income limits are:

Interested households are required to complete an Affordable Housing Application and submit it with household income in order to qualify for these affordable units. Applications can be downloaded below and emailed to marlboroparc@edgewoodproperties.com. Applications can also be requested by calling 732-970-6677, or in-person at the Marlboro Parc leasing office located at 249 Broad Street, Matawan, NJ 07747.
